As we all know, the emergency staffing world is not a slow one. There is no down time when it comes to providing assistance to those in need. Our Reservists, Krucial On-site Reps and corporate staff show every day why they are some of the best people in the world! Between treating Covid patients, assisting children at the border, and helping communities heal from a disaster, Krucial Staffing understands how coming together empowers everyone.
One thing we strive as a company to ensure is that we put our money where our mouth is and give back as much as we can. The American Heart Association is Krucial’s designated charitable organization for the first quarter of 2021, and we started off with a bang this year by hosting a Spirit Week on the corporate campus. While the staff played games, competed in trivia, and worked on getting to know each other better, we incorporated a fundraising aspect to the week. With the help of employees and their families and friends who donated, we raised just over $5,000 for AHA during the week.
And now we have another example of how our Reservists step up like they always do.
Our partnership with AHA includes a give-by-text campaign where you can text GOREDKRUCIAL to 41444 and easily give a gift to AHA. Krucial will match every donation up to $100. In the first week alone 108 Reservists gave more than $4,700. Between Spirit Week, GOREDKRUCIAL, and company matches, our pledge has exceeded $14,000 and will continue to grow until the end of March. This is all made possible by our amazing Krucial Krew made up of Reservists, corporate staff, volunteers, KORs, and more!
We want to make sure we acknowledge everyone who not only gives their hard-earned money, but their time as well. If you would like to volunteer with AHA you can contact your local branch or email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We also would love to hear your “Giving Back” stories. Feel free to leave a comment below about an experience you had volunteering and what it meant to you.
